Like/followers ratio?

What's a good ratio for number of likes per post to the total number of followers? For example, 100likes per post in average for an account with 1000 followers would be 10%.

What methods are you guys using to increase likes and comments for your posts?

Engage with your followers. You can setup FLC to like your followers pictures throughout the day. Also, try asking questions or making jokes in your captions and responding when people do comment. Other than that... make sure your content is high quality and that you are targeting well. Get creative... don't just scrape followers from large accounts in your niche. Play with different scrape methods to see where the best results come from. Try posting lesser used hashtags until you can get enough likes to get a top post slot and move up progressively.
