Maybe give more ideas on how you "Got" the big email list and how much is "big", 100k or 10M
if its scraped then don't even bother unless you REALLY know what you are doing which ofc you don't, so first tell more about how you got the list, niche, how old is it, is it cleaned if yes then when was it last cleaned, etc.

Agree when you say big how big? and is it just a generic list or is it to a niche? also do you already have a set-up to send mass emails and your just asking what you should send or are you asking how to set-up and send emails as well as what to sell offer?
The first thing to look at is, is the list clean (example: no spam traps), one spam trap can kill your set-up. Also are the email address on the list active emails, to many bounces can also give you a headache.
I have over 2 million on my list, with a set-up of dedicated server with custom version of phplist that allows me to send about 25,000 emails an hour with a running cost of $50 - $70 a month. If it is a (big list) I would suggest the same set-up.
Once got that then find what you want to offer.
