Buddy, having the same content several times on you own domain is THE DEFINITION of duplicate content.
Having the same article/content syndicated on other domains is syndicated content, and in an ideal world, google will just give credit to the original source where it found/indexed the content to begin with. The other properties showing the same content will get little to no value as far as rank for posting the same content (this is exactly what news aggregators do).
Publishing/syndicating the same content on other properties for the purpose of gaming rank can easily be spotted, and google themselves mention that in such genuine cases of syndication a link (non anchored, full url) should be used to link back to the original source, and you should consider using noFollow, noIndex attributes for that syndicated page.
Having several pages of 1000's of the same exact words on your own domain is exactly what duplicate content penalty is designed to punish.
Either delete those dupe pages, or no-index or rel=canonical the pages.

But if those pages serve no purposes what so ever for your visitors, then just get rid of them.

By the way, please don't think that google somehow takes instant action if it finds issues dupe content or otherwise, and that you will instantly lose all your traffic and rankings.

"inurl shows that it is still not penalized"
does not show you penalty or no penalty; it just shows you if your site is indexed or not.... 2 completely different things.
You want to keep your money site as compliant to Google as possible at all times; and having the same exact pages on your domain several times is a direct contradiction of that, that may get you into hot water some time down the line.
