I'm quite sure that Google will ask you to grant permission manually, by logging in to each ID. Because, this is how google normally works. :)

It has nothing to do with DV (Double verified) or SV (Single Verified) account. It is linked with Google itself. Anyways, may be your API is different or any private and it work without permission (which I really don't think, is gonna happen, as per my experience) :)

No extra charges!
Just provide us with the instructions and download link of "custom photo's zip folder" (dropbox link if possible) on checkout page in "additional information" box.

It will be done. :)

But you didn't mention allowing less secure apps. You have to go here https://myaccount.google.com/security and allow less secure apps at the bottom.
 
I have mentioned, no extra charges for both things.
Less secure app and custom photos. :)

I'd like to purchase 3K gmail non-verified, 1K yahoo non-verified, 1K hotmail non-verified, and 1K aol non-verified.

I need the accounts to be name agnostic. That is, names should NOT be in the email. They should look like normal e-mail addresses, and should follow different template schemes.
