after paid for D2048 VPS and waiting for 24 hours++, my vps still doesn't activated. so i send ticket to make verification faster.
But what happen? d4network ask my ID for security reason. what the heck? that's my privacy guys, and this asking never happen when i buy VPS from another VPS service. Pls make it easy for me or refund my money. thanks!

First of all, sorry for the late reply. We were going through a major hardware upgrade.

Secondly, Most of the hosting companies ask for ID verification if any order looks suspicious. Please do not take it personally if you are asked to verify a new account as you may have been selected randomly.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can always leave a support ticket on the website.

do you guys have a weekly rental of windows VPS? How much will that be?
As I need to change VPS every week.

Can you please elaborate why does it seem a joke to you? Any genuine customer would never have any problem in providing verification documents. Please do not take it at a personal level, and the only purpose of verification is to get rid of fraud orders.

I see that these negative comments are coming from newest members with number of posts even less than 5. So i suspect a negative marketing campaign from some competitor because clients are rapidly shifting to D4Networks from their previous hosting providers and sticking with us while enjoying the speeds.
