wow, that is horrible!!. I had the opposite experience though but it was my first order. Not sure what happened to your order.

Worst Service I have ever use. Control panel doesn't work correctly and had to have them upload the videos.

When I got on Skype I was lied to and they bait and switched the deal we were going to do.

Check out the results of their high retention views!

I ordered likes as well, but none have showed up yet and with results like this I don't really expect them to.

I have asked them to shut down my account and give me a complete refund and I'm waiting to hear back.

Funny when your trying to get something setup the respond in a few shortly on Skype, but when you have a problem they don't respond.

Save your money and go with another vendor. You have been warned.

I ordered a couple of days ago and I ordered a total of 26,000 views. I mixed it up a bit with high retention, social, etc.. I am also a decent size youtube channel so i get 300 to 800 views plus likes 20 to 50 likes every time I release a video. And I see the way you count views is by the video not by actual bought views. Since this was my first time I don't think i ordered correctly. Just curious on when this is going to be complete?

When the views came in I was ranked on the first page for some pretty good keywords, when the views died I went back to page 2, which is not bad.

I received the views fix for my order #6227, but again they were audited by YouTube. I'm thinking maybe the social media referrer views would stick. I'm not sure what's up with normal views, but after a while they are audited by YouTube. I usually have zero issues, but YouTube is always updating. As always I appreciate your excellent support and business.

sorry to say this, one of the worst buyer we have came across, not even have the basic knowledge of adding video's in the panel. And just blaming us and saying our control panel is not working. Atlast our viewsgeek support person added the video's for the buyer.


The main point is the buyer want to try drip feed option, we are fine with that. But he want to split 5000 views for 16 video's i.e he want exactly 312 views for each video. This just shows his true face and knowledge on Youtube.


Here coming in the thread and spamming about our service.

I agreed with the bait and switch. Post the conversation. Yes I asked for 312 views across 16 videos, What is the problem with that?

Heres the deal. I asked for high retention views and I didn't get it. If I would have got the views I asked for I wouldn't have said anything. In fact I would have bought 2k views for those 16 videos.

You come on here and just show your customer service skills. Not once did you address why the view rate is less the 50% on a video less then 1min. You never said why I didn't get any likes in over 1 week.

How about you take personal responsibility for your part?

I don't bash people check my posts I've been here for years spending money.

Please just refund my money so we can both move on.

The views sent for order #6227 were audited again by YouTube. I thought the 3k+ views would stick, but around half were removed. Thanks for your fast customer service support.

and 8000 views has been wiped, still got 16k tho. (I understand view loss will happen)

I would happily cancel the likes, and not worry about the 8000 view lost, for just 2000 more high retention views. I think I made a big mistake by buying way to many regular views as my retention is so low, my video is no where in site for the keyword i was targeting.

So new buyers don't make the same mistake I did, do high retention, with maybe a little bit of regular views.
