Well, I only used a landing page for the first video, because it requires a landing page, there is no download, it is for a giveaway.
but it still worked. For the second video I used a direct download link. But not mediafire, I used mega.co.nz. Because mediafire immediately warned me to "fix" my file because it contains a virus/adware.
well, my video did not stay on page 1 for a few days but only for few hours .... and it was never on #1-#5 although I bought views. Now both are on #30 and #36 and pretty useless.
About the tags, well I only used tags from the TOP video from my niche, just as described in your op. So normally they should be enough?!
ok so let's see if I still get installs. I really doubt it, because when you can get the thing you want from page 1 so why even bother going to next page .... but let's see

Looks like you need some more testing man. Btw, Mediafire won't accept your file it's a .EXE ~

Yes you will get conversions.
But,while installing the file,it's gonna show "VLC Media Player" as the name of the program and not what you want.
When you upload your own file,you have the option to edit what name appears in the Installer.
So if I were promoting a GTA5 Keygen but the installer had random software+VLC media player,people wouldn't be interested.
But,if they had random software+a program named as GTA5 Keygen then they wouldn't mind installing the extra software too.

As I was thinking of downloading a setup creator and will merge that with any file like songs or wallpaper.
then upload over revenyou. What do you think will they accept that and will that work??

Yeah I think Revenyou will accept any setup/executable file as long as it's malware free. Although am not sure if they'd accept something with songs/wallpapers. Try asking their support? Am interested in doing this too.

is it ok if I redirect them from YT to my landing page? or YT to download page will be better?....I think this all depends on the niche also

Yes it's alright to redirect them to a landing page. But what I've found is a dip in conversions when I tried this. You could however direct them to your software downloads site. And let every link lead to a PPI installer. That way you'll have new traffic and more conversions. Cheers!

OP do you think we can monetize through adsence by ranking a video with this method. or will it affect my adsence account if the video is flagged.

Revenyou has a really bad reputation, their apps are flagged and reported everywhere. I applied the method but, when I try to get the install my Anti-virus get it deleted. Even after disabling my Antivirus the Chrome and Mozilla won't let me execute it. The problem is that anyone who tries to download the app will encounter the same problem. Time to find another network, any suggestion ?

I just scanned my file with MalwareBytes and it's fine. Maybe because the file is old.
I actually don't know who my AM is as I never had to contact anyone for anything. I see that people now receive bundled software through mail but I instantly get a download link for mine. Maybe because I have an aged account with them.

It most definitely won't effect your adsense account. You're just uploading a video using good tags so it doesn't matter.
If you're not too sure,you can experiment with a secondary account.
I just scanned my new file with Malwarebytes and it does show malware contained in it so I think it would be better if you guys found another PPI network till this is sorted.

Did you tried downloading the file that gets bundled and scanned that in VT.
as that is the file which is full of virus.
And that thing that you got is same for all users.
Its pending manual approval but still you can promote it and get a maximum of 100 downloads thats okay.
But when I downloaded it to zip and upload. My AV wasnt allowing looks like I need to disable and then do the following.

Yes I did download the file that got bundled today and it does show some Malware in it.
With MalwareBytes off I could download it,zip it and upload it. So I guess that's what you gotta do or switch networks if you're not too comfortable with this one.

Hello Drgongs, I tried this method and couldn't get it to work. I made 2 videos and sent them both 30-40 views from addmefast and vagex. Now it's about 18 hours since I published them as unlisted so I listed them but one video only showed up at the bottom of page 5 ): and the other one didn't show at all. Am I doing something wrong? Is my niche just to over saturated maybe? maybe I need to work on my tags a bit more? or is it necessary to buy HR views to send to the videos? (Edit) My video was flagged by someone within maybe 20 minutes of being up.. is it still possible for this method to work with the flagging issue?

With 18 hours of being unlisted the video could easily rank #1 with the proper use of Tags. Did you do your tag research well?
I have tried the tag research+unlist method without sending HR views and was still able to rank #2.

Alright I tried again today and got ranked at #1 This time I chose a niche with pretty much NO competitors so hopefully it won't get flagged. Time to wait and see if I get any traffic and make a few more videos. Thank you so much for the method! It's really easy to get discouraged getting into IM but this post and a few others on BHW have inspired me to keep trying and testing.
