Ok guys.. Lame response from EpicWrite in regards to my first post.. I've pasted their response below.. So what's going on here?? I paid $120 for a service which has not been completed.. They have gone MIA and yet still respond to people for free review copies.. Well guess what guys, once you pay they will not be as friendly.

They responded to my message 4 days ago, yet they have not done anything to process my refund. You know when things just take sooo long that you forget about it? Well they think they can get away with it.

Please let me know how I should best proceed as this has been a horrible experience dealing with EpicWrite.

I ordered three 800 word articles on the 30th September and was told on the 9th October they have been completed and are just being reviewed and I would have them within 24 hours. Its been 3 days since then. The time frame given for these 3 articles originally was 7-12 business days which I said was a joke considering the topic. I was then told it would in actual fact be much less which seems to have been a lie.

The wait time and slow support is the reason I wont be using this service again. If the articles are not up to scratch a paypal dispute will have to be submitted as I wont be waiting around anymore waiting for epicwrite.

I still have a paypal dispute pending with this guy. They dont even reply to those! It seems he comes on here every few days, adds another excuse, promises to investigate and once again nothing happens.

I would strongly advise against anyone using these.
