Second Adsense account questions. Hear me out

Hey guys, I made an adsense account when I was 15 years and I was banned. I appealed a bunch of times and I didn't get anywhere. I'm now 19 and I live in a different apartment, different ip address, different laptop. I obviously have the same name and SSN.

Here is the weird part of the question: For the longest time I thought my SSN started with 3 numbers (these 3 digits are not the real ones I put in adsense, I just don't want to give you my real 3)

Lets say my first three digits of my SSN was 986, but for the longest time at 15 years old I thought it was 985. I definitely put a SSN in my adsense account just not sure which one I put in.

In my new account I put 986 and it verified immeditaltey.

1) Does that mean that Google never had my correct SSN in the first place?
2) Is it possible that my accounts could be linked in the future solely based on my SSN, because I'm not even sure if Google had my real SSN in the first place.
3) How long will it take for adsense to find out and link the accounts if they were the same SSN.


If I was to create a LLC for the sole purpose of opening a new adsense would that work to?

First of all it will verify your ss right away but once a month adsense runs their info against IRS's database and it will kick it out then if it does not match. So in a few weeks if your name is not the same as the name associated with the SS number it will put a hold on it until you resubmit.

You dont even need a LLC just google irs ein application and you can get a EIN number as a sole proprietor (doing business as) and you can just use it so they can not track it. Now if you do that get a business license because the IRS tells the state you applied and then they tell the local city or county so spend the $15 (at least in my city) and get a license.

So in this case should I just forget this account completely and open a new business account with a EIN? Can I use the same address? Should I close the account I just made? After I get my EIN online what is the next step?
