Did you asked FL support?
Btw, check the last posts in theme "IG new UNFOLLOWING limits / Temp block" too. Maybe Instagram is started to block 3rd party apps, not only FL.

Stop it. Delete all your activity log. Run it for 3-5 mins. Export the activity log and send me a pm with it. Or, I can help u via tv. You just didn't gave us enough infos about your inquirry.

It's proberly your cache or your blacklist is full.

Clear cache and see if that works.. Once that is done and It doesn't help, clear your blacklist.
