I got my site within a week.
OP created a Child Theme as per my requirement from a top rated premium theme and I gave a bit twist, provided him the niche and keyword and he did the rest.
The plugins were setup and configured correctly.
Got a Niche relevant Keyword Analysis too.

Overall a good service.

1) How much can you typically earn from 1 site?
2) How much further SEO is required? or will they rank with the backlinks provided?

OP delivered me 2 nice looking sites, though it took a little more time than expected but overall I am satisfied with the work.
 
Ok so I finally received my site.

The site itself looks nice. Comes installed with a bunch of great plugins. The logo was generic, but it was nice it was included.
The adsense was not set up but installing a decent plugin was not much of a problem.
The content given was especially terrible. It can be used as a good filler to make the site look complete until you get some decent content written. The keywords given were also terrible and impossible to rank. I used it as a starting report and received a more complete keyword detail from a separate vendor. TAT was ok but a little slow.

All around, for $30 this was a good deal. The time saved in getting everything set up was worth it. Don't expect to just spend $30 and you're done. There is ALOT of post work to be done.

**There were no backlinks included and there was no privacy policy included.
