i've been reading alot last month about the SEO strategies , more i read more i find it's more complected . i respect all BHW members experiences but everyone has his own method that brought him success but it would not work for me the point is i wanna know what's the best startegie that could work for me in that case i'm working on :
my case :
i'm working on local little websites like a that key word " dentist casablanca " i want to rank my web site in the first page its a little site it doesn't have lot of article cause it's not the main idea it's just kind of publicity to the dentist and there's no competition at all.
so what do u recommend me to do ?

Build PBN yourself and use it, or buy/rent PBN backlinks.

There you go, stop reading and start taking actions. There is no best strategy ever in SEO, best is what works for you. So start implementing what you have read and you will find your best.

Natural backlinks is good but it will take more days or months. Better buy from the marketplace. Don't blast your backlinks create by natural ways.

Few points which will help you to rank:
1. All manual work for long withstanding
2. Good backlinks
3. Most important is getting reviews on Google local, Yelp and others, most important are Google local an Yelp with most authority

Natural backlinks are the ideal way but it actually takes lot of time even same is the case with natural reviews, if you want to quicken the process then you will have to play a bit smart, as you said there is no competition so it will not take much time even to get you on page 1.

If there's no competition it shouldn't be hard whatsoever...

You can try buying some high PR backlinks from members around on the forums.

You could also try a shaker site for your area..

Learn local SEO, OP. Look at how your keywords are ranking for your local area and change them around as needed. Tutorials are all over the place.

- Develop more content for the website based around those keywords.
- Build up citations for the business and keep the information consistent.
- Add a blog or article section. You are dodging from adding more content but that will hurt you. If you don't want more articles on the money site then you need to make a blog/article site somewhere and use that to drive traffic to the money site.
- Lots dentist websites around. Look at what your competitors are doing. Why are they beating you?
