Best Cloaker for Adwords

My niche has been killing it on Facebook Advertisement, and to increase profits I am willing to give the 'much' strict Adwords a try. However, it is evident that my niche is not going to be accepted by Adwords, so I have to cloak it.

Which cloaker is the best for Adwords? Kindly suggest me, and I would appreciate if you could point out your experience if you have had used it.

Before even using a cloaker, it's better to test your account works with a safe site. Tech Support is hard nowadays with Adwords, they ban accounts like crazy even when not cloaking.

Before going ahead with cloaking etc as you have mentioned that adwords will not allow your Niche, i hope you have checked there is not a keyword level ban as well.
Depending on your Niche you can use from the simple doorway page to the HTML redirect, more technical solutions using GEO ip redirect scripts etc.
BUt first as rightly pointed out by the poster above do check if cloaking is what you really need.

Keyword level ban is something which adwords is very strict but yes one can use some synonyms which are generally used by the target audience, seeing the target country too.
Lots of research and experience takes into account.

Yes, the keywords are listed, using a keyword for some niches which are not allowed by adwords and some straight forward keywords are always watched for. So one has to take a side cut for the same instead of using most common keywords which are flagged and to achieve this thing lots of study and research is required.

NOt sure if there is an actual list of banned keywords in google adwords, the best one can find is the specific niche related info in the adwords guidelines section for restrictions.
