Servinio Hosting became Worst Ever

Hi All,

I thought this is the correct category to post my thread, and let me know if anything wrong in my thread.

Recently I took Servinio hosting, 3 months it is good but after that Edgeserv took it, now they became worst.

My site is completely down for 2 days and there is no information about this. They are not even replying to my tickets. after 2 days they replied that everything is resolved. Still I am facing the Login issue with Servinio.

No one is resolving that. I am not able to login into my account. every time i need to reset my password and need login into my account. one guy is replying on that ticket daily one time. still no resolution.
Can anyone tell me what to do now??

So, Guys please don't take Servinio or Edgeserv they are the worst..

Please share your experience with this hosting..

I didn't have experience with servinio .Nowadays there are lot of hosting providers who offer cheap and fast service.

I kind of agree. Usually I used to get a response for my tickets within minutes. Recently, I opened a ticket - been quite a few hours and no reply.

Servinio was pretty good. I used them for a couple years. Fairly fast response times for tickets (never more than a day), solid service. Now that Edgeserv has bought them out, it's beyond terrible. Two of my sites down for the last 4 days. One other site finally working after a number of days, but so slow it was timing out.

I too am disapointed with them because of their recent update. My websites new posts are gone because of the backup.

Sorry to hear all experiences, website going down is certainly the last thing anyone would want to have because for everyone, their livelihood relies on it. Yes, I agreed with you guys, I am hosting a few small niche sites with them. And since edgeserv took over, it is nightmare. First my websites were down, I can't login into my cpanel, contacted them and it took about 3 days to get sorted out. Servinio usually take a minute or less to reply any queries.

I have a few fund in my account and it will take another 8+ months to finish, i will be moving my sites away from them.

Back then, i would recommend servinio. But this time, it is one of the worst hosting out there.


I still enjoy host-stage.net and servikus.com.

Yep. They are slow now and customer service is slow and not helpful. Last reply was after 3 days.

Agreed. They made a mistake by selling. My sites were DISABLED for 2 days because of their error when moving to other servers.

Kept getting reports from Pingdom that sites are always down. Will watch closely, and maybe migrate if it gets worse.

Looks like Servinio is now heading downwards with Edgeserv.

It will not happen, and no one will accept. It is not easy to get good mark in the Market again.

This is getting no where.
3 days ago I opened a ticket about server getting down several hours per day.
They haven't replied since then and now they marked the ticket as closed.
Coming to think about the times when it worked ok and I recommended them...
I guess the new management is simply shitty and the service will never get back as it used to be.

Migration is the solution for you.
Get a Good one and proceed on with the task.
