I love the look of the logo but it was hard for me to tell what it was at first. The font is a little bit small in my opinion and doesn't mesh with the logo.

Somehow it doesn't look like a logo to me. This still seems to be inclined to be handsketch or art form unless that's the look that you are after I would use sharper strokes to define the shape better. Just my opinion.

I do not want to look as hater, but I am really don't like design, it has something to do with colors or with flying penis on it, over all idea is good, if you change pencil to rocket and may be play with colors.

It's original so I like it. Maybe use a different style of font. Not a fan of the merging on those two words, though.

Not my style tbh, but hey thats only my opinion. Theres more to business than just a new shiny logo as well. I would suggest that instead of asking bhw what they think, that you start spending your time more wisely and do promotion that will gain real business. Instead of been lazy and trying to do stealth promotion on bhw, hoping you will get 1 fish that will bite.

Sounds like a skin product name. So to me, I am not particularly keen on the name as well, and I would be thinking wtf is the pencil all about with a flame on the back of it! ?
