Incentive CPI mobile apps offer with tracking link - what should I do?

Hi guys,
I have more then 500 offers, worldwide, of mobile apps on CPI incentive.
the problem - I can prmote them only with the tracking links I got, so all the webs that I found are asking for the google play or appstor url so I cant premote them.

How can I premote those offers?

Hi bro ,
Do you work with yeahmobi or other similar network ? I registed some account but fail , can you give me some advice to improve this ?
