I have a question. I don't know if anyone has tried this before:

So my friend signed up for Payoneer through my link, and I've just switched my PayPal name to his name. And I plan to add his Payoneer account to my PayPal account as a bank account.

Do you think that if I withdraw $100 from my PayPal to his Payoneer account (using his US Payment Service details), I could earn the $25 referral reward?

The condition is that you only earn the $25 once the person you've referred has received $100 in payments. Do you think that the PayPal withdrawal will count since it technically uses the US Payment Service?

Seems like a lot of work for $25

I'm a poor man.

Yes that could work, but why don't you promote them in a legit way? I started a thread about this campaign a few years ago, but with not a lot of feedback: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...yourself-free-payoneer-card-receive-25-a.html

Yeah, I probably will promote them legitimately after this. It's just that they deducted money from my account for an annual fee. And it came out nowhere. It was money that I really needed too. So I needed a quick way to get the money back.

the Payoneer US Payment Service is no longer supported by Paypal, so you can't use it to withdraw money from Paypal, the Payoneer debit card is still working with Paypal though

i'm also pretty sure that $100 needs to come from a Payoneer partner (such as CPA networks etc) and it cannot be a private load or a Paypal withdrawal for that matter, which is not even possible anymore

as your friend reach $100 US payment you both get $25. They paid me a commission recently, no matter how tiny the amount it's always cool to get some money from your bank lol

Darn. Well, thanks for the heads up.

Yep, I always appreciate extra money.
