When the order is completed on AliExpress, they will send sales data to the system. A completed order means the buyer is satisfied with the purchase and releases payment to the seller within 60 days from the original purchase date.
After update to 2.8.1, the plugin screen is blank.
The site still working, with all products ok. But when I click in Admin->AliPlugin, nothing happens. The left bar menu with wordpress options (Posts, Plugins, JetpacK) is showing and working ok.
This happens with latest wordpress, with /without others plugins enabled/disabled.
In browser console, I get this error:

Using an old version, like 2.7.3 this problem dont happen.

How to update plugin? Wordpress says all plugins are up to date.

Ha! I had to ask this as well, you don't update as normal, you go to dashboard, admin and you should see the plugin to update there, you may need to refresh the screen before you see it

Thank you for adding Indian Rupees as a currency. But the symbol of Indian currency is
. Can you add this symbol instead of Re. Customers would not recognize that as Indian Rupees. If that symbol cannot be added, please change 'Re' to Rs., which was the format used in India before the symbol came into existence.
By the way, the font we use to type the above new Rupees symbol is available free on the internet and is called 'Rupee Foradian'.
Or it is good to add 'INR' instead of 'Re'.
Please make this change.

You need to download the actual plugin then use FTP to manually update

It is not possible to cahnge prices on affiliate sites, they should be in line with prices on AliExpress.

Is it possible to find the seller commission rate before becoming an affiliate?

I have encountered the following problem when I tried to back up my site with WP Clone plugin. However I try, the result is
"The plugin (WP Clone) encountered an error during the database backup,the following error message was returned:
Error Message : MySQL server has gone away".
There is nothing wrong with the Wordpress Database, I can see. All working well.
When I tried to back up the site using CPanel backup wizard, there was error regarding sql database.
Would it be because of the Aliplugin and the details pulled in to the site by the plugin cannot be backed up as a database. How is it possible to backup my site? I am in fear of losing the thousands of products data I added to my site because of some quirky behavior or an outsider attack at some point of time. Please advise.

I think it is only possible when you have an affiliate account and check there.
Is there any pdf guide or docs? Since I want to use my own theme and I want to modify some of the data. I would like to ask is there any shortcode to let me put in the theme, so that I can print the data accordingly?

Yes, you can modify it, but such customization work is usually very different, so I don't have any guides for it.
