My goal? Living alone since I am already 21 and I want to move from the parents home.
What is holding me back? Financial stability (I am currently earning alot from CPA but as we all know it, CPA is not a stable thing since my whole traffic comes from SEO), fear of not doing things like washing clothes, making food, etc. on my own.

I am also a beginner I'd say at programming and I have a hard time choosing what to learn next and what to do from now on in my life (I know little from each programming language).

Any advices here?

I am passionate about it, I am Year 3 at college (programming one) but I am not learning anything new (it's all outdated theory), what I am doing at college I can learn online in less than a week.
I am from Romania and it's extremely easy to find a job in programming here but aswell it's a very low salary (much more feeling exploited than progressing in this thing) ~300 euros/month for a java programmer for example compared to a starter in other countries that pays 2-3k euros/month and this keeps me away from getting a job here or progressing here.
