As a suggestion, I use package # 4 with 1 Blog with 5 posts, Because 1 blog every week with 5 different post plus tier 2. Is more powerful. But as it depend on Site to Site, Plan to Plan too to twist how we use it. Sometimes I prefer Package # 3 ( every week 10 Blogs with Single Post to have 40 Blogs in 1 month as Tier 1 For my keyword and sometimes something new).
