Does MassPlanner have a block admin option for groups? Also for the accounts is it 12 total? What if I don't have a twitter or G+ and linkdn? Can I allocate those accounts to FB?

not sure what you mean by block admin, how do you want to block admins if they are the admin of the group? With the normal license you can use 2 accounts with each platform, doesn't matter if you don't want to use some of the platforms, there are several extra modules, one time payment, that allow you to use mass planner with more accounts, like +8, +15 or unlimited.

Was curious if Facebook gives some kind of notification if you aren't accepted into a group. I ask because I decided to randomly go through my "pending" posts on mass planner and notice some of them still said "join group" figured I was denied but I went through it even further and found 3 to 4 public groups that still had "join group" on them. Either the saftware is timing out and saying it tried to join those groups or I was just not accepted.

As far as I know it doesn't . Some of those groups might be just dead ( admin doesn't check on them anymore) that's why they don't accept the request.

Question about the Instagram module... I know IG now allows horizontal and vertical images. If I post images through Mass Planner's IG module will the images on IG be in the original crop or will the module crop the image to square?

It will be the original image, no more squares as Ig doesn't need that anymore.

normal license for 1 month you have 2 accounts, normal license for 6 months you have 4 accounts, on top of that there are a couple one time payment extra modules that allow you to use Mass Planner with +8, +15 or unlimited accounts.

Anybody knows what "Twitter Followers/Follow ratio limit reached, auto-follow sleeping for 24 hours" means?

I see that quite often on my MassPlanner dashboard but only for one of mt Twitter accounts and I really don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Can you please improve the performance of the embedded browser? I know it is not intended for such use, but it actually comes in handy especially when I profile accounts for the first time. When I intend to do things manually I use that browser too. Multiple tabs and back - forward buttons would actually help a lot. It has back functionality but it does not always work.

On twitter there are certain limits, for example you cannot follow more than 2000 people unless you have at least that many followers, if you try, twitter will tell you that you cannot. That is what followers/follow ratio limit means, twitter is not letting you follow more people for that account until you have more followers for it. The easiest thing would be to add 1k-5k fake followers so you can follow as many people as you want with no problems, at least for a while

Interesting idea, send a support ticket with this, detail what you would need it to do so we have it on file and we'll see what we can add.

UPDATE - we've added some cool new tools for everybody to play around with :
- instagram re-post too, that allows you to search other people's posts and post them on your own account
- instagram no longer makes images square it posts them as they are
- instagram - now you can add as many new lines in your text as you want
- pinterest create boards module, so you can easily create as many boards as you want
- linkedin - we've added a profile viewer that will allow you to get more eyes on your account
- facebook contact members - added option to auto cancel friend request after some time
- added an option for all tools to copy their settings to other accounts- useful when you have a lot of accounts.

and a lot more bug fixes and small improvements.

I'm using the bot for Instagram for the moment.

5 to 6 per second is fine if you don't do 100 at once, many people do that manually. It's all about how you set it up, it's designed to work in bursts, you do between x and y follows then wait a random time and that again. You can lower the follows it does at a given time, make it between 1 and 2, and also lower the time it waits between two consecutive bursts.

Did you set anything in the sources tab? You need to have at least one source present otherwise it doesn't know who to follow.

Ok that work i had to activate some filters like days,twts,.

I have been testing this tool the last 3 days and i am pretty happy with it so i am buying it, also sent you a PM about it with some questions.

Some suggestions that i would love see included in the software are :

• Make possible to rotate/mix posts while posting, atm as far as i can tell it takes the first post from the list and it starts posting that. It would be very good and would look more natural if it can mix posts , still post to the same targeted group but not to wait until 1 post is finished instead post random posts from the list.

• Make posts editable by Network - Example i set 1 campaign/post to be posted in G+ , FB and Pinterest destinations.. I would love to edit the post so i can configure the post for FB to do reshare from page, to set the post for G+ as direct link, and set clickable picture for Pinterest and just leave the post running. For now i have to make different destinations for every Network , and add different campaigns for each network so that the posts can look as i want.

• Sync new added groups on the profile/destination lists to running post campaigns.

• Check FB groups if posts are pending, if a group is manually approving posts is good to have the option to auto unjoin/remove those groups.

• ADD REDDIT !

There are some other small things that i dont recall now which i can see easily implemented in this tool and would help the efficiency of the tool greatly, will update this post with it.

Other than this its a GREAT TOOL to have for all your social media campaigns weather is BH or WH this tool can do the job for you. Hope to see even more improvements in the future.
