Has anybody setup an Instagram DM autoresponder?

I own a popular eCommerce site and we have a large following on Instagram. My problem is that I am receiving 50+ DM's each day and I have absolutely no way of responding to them all.

Does anybody know of a way to setup an Instagram DM auto-responder? This will help me out IMMENSELY as I believe I could be losing a lot of potential sales because these people are not receiving responses.

You're worried that you will lose revenue, so your idea is to send them an automated message that they will clearly know is automated because it doesn't answer their question?

You can send DMs with Mass Planner, no automatic responses though, but if you guys say people would use something like this will look into it and see how we can automate it

Yes i have the same problem also, i wonder which way to auto response the followers when they post a message to me. Somethig like: hi, im busy rightnow. Please come to "this link" to answer anything, and my supports will answer you there.
Any tool have this features?

There is no way for any program to know what that person is writing to you,eventualy you will need to read the message.

I think there's a way to personalize the DMs to some degree so there is value there. For instance, split your IG followers by sex. Create a message tailored to females and another one to males. That wouldn't necessarily be customized/personal but it's a whole lot better than the obviously automated DMs, especially the ones that end with "message sent by holr.co". smh

You're not being a "dick" at all - it's a valid point. I have to people really value the "human touch" (or at least something that seems human - harder to discern these days though ight?)

Yeah kinda looking like you'll need to allocate some actual humans to address that - but 50 DMs a day is a good problem to have?
