is that safe to use nulled wordpress theme ?
if so suggest a place where i can get SAFE nulled themes .+ plugin ( optional )

No its never really safe to employ code that you can't trust or don't understand. If I were providing nulled themes/plugins I'd be pinging the domain name back/leaving a footprint to make sure I didn't miss out on your niche

It honestly depends on where it's coming from. If you're finding the nulled themes via google or a random website, then it really isn't worth the ultimate risk. I've seen some crazy malware and malvertising in nulled themes over the past few years.

If you want use a nulled theme install TAT plugin, you will see if there are any malicious code
