proxies are not working since 3 days and owner is not replying here or on site at support ticket. i had created support ticket since 3 days ago, but no reply. So, its gonna be dead. There's not anything working and this proxy service is going down often. Owner need to improve it. And hoping to get response ASAP.

I ordered the 2 day free trial last week.
1) Submitted my ip address for verification
2) Copy and pasted proxies from resource to scrapebox , but scrape box return 0 result when harvesting
3) submitted ticket to support but no response for 2 days (to be fair I submitted on friday morning, so weekends understandably no reply), I then cancelled the subscription as I don't want to be charged before even trying the proxies
Support did finally response after I cancelled. I am actually curious to see how the proxies work.
Any help here on why the proxies are not working? and If possible I would like to give this another shot.

Btw here is the response from support, but what I did was not too far from it :
- Use all the proxies in your server ( I already copy and pasted all the proxies from resource page to scrapebox, I also submitted my IP address for verification )
- Set a timeout of 60 seconds for proxy connections in Scrapebox ( set time out 50 sec at the time)
- Increase the maximum proxy retries in Scrapebox settings to the highest number (Proxy retries was at 3 If I remember correctly)
- Make sure you've entered a minimum of a few thousand keywords. (Used tens of thousand of keywords at the time)
Hope this shed more light on the problem

We don't allow any mail ports (POP/SMTP/IMAP/etc), if you can verify them using HTTP protocol then it can work
You will get around 280 unique ports when you sign up, you can use a maximum of 50 connections at any one time using that package.
If you wanted to scrape faster you would purchase higher plan with more connections.
We have ports that change on every connection and also ports that rotate every 10 minutes
They will work almost instantly after payment (2-3 minutes after).
We only provide ADSL/Cable connection proxies at this time.
They will not, we route our connections through multiple servers before they even get to the original IP address.
It really depends what you're trying to do, not all of our customers are scrapers, some are doing WHOIS some are doing very different tasks.
I do not know, I wouldn't recommend it.

What worked for me back in March was this:
IPORT:USER
Where user/password is my login to proxyrackcom panel
and IP/Port are from random new IP on every connection section
Anyway, either above setup does not work anymore or my purchased Guru 200 package is not activated yet.
The video is very, very old and only for demonstration. Please use the proxies in your members area and not the videos proxies.

Well, tried all the various settings (top 10% fast, 30 secs, 10 mins, etc), but these proxies are way too slow for my Zennoposter bots (even disabling images, CSS, etc). Btw, I'm on the Nexus server.
You also need to sort out the list as when I copy 'n' paste the proxies, there's a load of formatting (i.e. white spaces). This means I can't use them in my own file.
