Than it's something wrong with your MOZ credentials.

Please create new free MOZ account and send me the API credentials

The domain metric checker is great, you have to watch out that you don't putin to much domains at teh same time or you will kill your moz API, but for domaining this tool is a huge timesaver, the great thing is that it works with credits so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to get the TF/CF stats....

This tool gets a 10/10 from me.... Thanks domainingin for the account

Yes, the free MOZ API is a 3rd party free tool and sometimes a problem. It allows only 5 requests per one second and even we throttle the requests, it might break down, when inserting a mass of domains at a time.
