How to protect ebay account from being suspended

i sold 8 items. received 7 positive feedback but one buyer left negetive feedback. i offered him $10 paypal gift but she does not want that either. willing to refund full amount but she is stubborn not responding.. my question is my score fell to 96% will ebay suspend my account? what shall i do to prevent getting suspended form ebay?

I don't think because a score of 96% you will be suspended. Heck, I have seen people selling things with score of 50.

no. You are allowed 7 defects minimum in any rolling 12 month period.

you should be fine Ive seen sellers with low rating and their accounts are still selling.
