How do you manage your leads?

What do you give them? Coupons, offers and useful information are good, but i'd like to expand my thinking. Also, what are some great tools to manage them?

Managing your leads? Sounds like you are managing an email list.
Leads just want what you have directed them to.. for example.. property leads need to be directed to property to look at.

Oh sorry, yeah i meant that. I always had the vision, when speaking about leads, of a landing page(not necessarily needs to be via this) with "submit e-mail and name here" which can be used to redirect them to other related businesses via coupons, offers or useful information in general, correct me if i'm wrong.
