Amazon Ranking - SEO - What do you guys do?

Hey guys,

I've been lurking a while, here and on other forums. I am interested to learn more about Amazon ranking and boosting it. Obviously sales/reviews are key. I am very reluctant to use the many people that offer verified/unverified reviews. What have you done in this area? What do you recommend?
