Verified at 10K?? A strange finding

while I was browsing instagram today I noticed an account that just started posting called (at symbol) Humor their last post was 24 hours ago and they have 10K followers. It seems that a big account called tweet owns it but what gets me wondering is how exactly did they get an account with 10K verified that quick?

Common sense is telling me that the user (at symbol) tweet bought the username "humor" and erased all pictures and restarted the feed but that still doesn't explain the follower count being that low, or almost instantaneous verification. I can be totaaaaally wrong but..

Anyone want to share some input on this strange finding?

Side note, anyone else been noticing their engagement plummeting within the last 2-3 days?

Some think that IG is about to roll out ads and limit reach, same method they're doing with fb.
If they can make a few extra hundred millions from selling post reach, why not?

if facebook starts treating instagram like it treats the fb news feed they are going to have a big problem. Instagram users like and enjoy seeing great content, its not like facebook, that you just add everyone you know. Instagram is more fancy more artsy. Anyway the jews at facebook would probably fuck it up in the same way they did it in facebook.
By making creators pay to have their content shown to their followers, its just the wrong way.

Anyway creators of content would probably run away from instagram if they do reach limit.
btw my engagement since ads release has gone up. But i am loosing interaction from users from the united states, but gaining from other countries where ads are not being deployed.

how exactly did they get an account with 10K verified that quick?

Tweet has 1.3M followers. Yesterday he started to shoutout humor , what is his new project. Humor account got 10K followers so quick because this is how shoutouts work (btw he is at 30K almost). Do you think it's strange or I've misunderstood something?

May be this guy throws his traffic to new account before selling it, but not 100% sure. (who would sell the chicken that lays golden eggs ^^ )
