I have been using Remedia.io

Payments any way i wanted, i take them BTC, net-30 - have had 4 payments so far since starting.

Installer is silent and replaces all ads on a users pc does some e-commerce stuffing too and booking with hotels etc and you get the commission on install computer, my geo's are quite bad hence the low $ but if you have USA PPI Installs it works VERY well.. owner is a nice guy too..

You can try to publish your install in other country (like US), where every install is pay more that in France..
