Twitter new algorithm: let's help each other to understand how to work now

After the recent banning spree from Twitter, I guess we're all tryin to understand how to work with our bots. If you want, help me and the community to understand what we can do and what we cannot do now.
I'll try to keep updated the post with new info as much as I can, try to do the same guys!

Before the new algorithm my settings was:
Autom. interval: 1-2 minutes

Pages older than 3 months:
Follows: 600-900 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Unfollows: 600-900 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Favorites: 250-500 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit

Pages between 1 and 3 months:
Follows: 350-700 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Unfollows: 350-700 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Favorites: 250-500 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit

Pages newer than 1 months:
Follows: 250-500 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Unfollows: 250-500 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Favorites: 250-500 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit

Tweets:
4 a day for each page, 2 of them with a direct link (same link every 25 pages)

No Retweets

I worked with this autom.ation for 6 months with a total of 125 pages. After the update, got 3 pages (older than 3 months) suspended. I'm tryin' to get them back through their support.


After the new update my settings are:

Follows: 200-400/ 40-80 sec delay / 10-20 task limit
Unfollows: 200-400 / 40-80 sec delay / 10-20 task limit
Favorites: 50-100 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-20 task limit

Pages newer than 1 months:
Follows: 200-350 / 40-80 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Unfollows: 200-350 / 40-80 sec delay / 10-30 task limit
Favorites: 50-100 / 15-30 sec delay / 10-30 task limit

Tweets:
I'm not tweeting for now, need more info before since I don't know if the bans was caused by aggressive following/unfollowing behaviour or the presence of the same link over and over on my tweets (today i'm gonna reschedule my tweet autom.ation with every link posted as unique through shortlink services, I will post some updates in 2 days).

No Retweets

Started to work with these new settings 3 days ago, no bans for now (remember, i'm not tweeting).

It is an excellent idea to share this type of real world information for mutual comparison and determining some best practices to try to avoid what has been happening. I wish I could contribute data, but the only stuff I do with twitter is completely automated in other ways that haven't led to many bans over the years. Then again ... I don't use hundreds of accounts either. I never really tried to corner the market or bulk capitalize on Twitter traffic. I just use it for what it was originally intended for ... small siphoning.

I hope others will weigh in though with their settings so those who have experienced these recent account losses can create strategies to minimize this bleeding.

Well the changes are quite drastic since i'm working at 50% now, if u take a look all the follow/unfollow autom. now are half than before.
I've lost 3 accounts of 125 total (all older than 3 months), guess i was pretty lucky since the day they suspended my accounts, my pc shutted down for autoupdates preventing the other pages to do more autom.ations.

I've just rescheduled all my tweets, before today i was working with 200 different tweets every 25 pages, posted 4 each day per page randomly with the same link to my landing website (2 tweets with link, 2 without).
Now i'm gonna autom. my tweets with unique shortlink for every tweet with link (3 tweets with link, 3 without), planning to post 6 each day per page randomly but as unique tweet (after 34 days I have to restart the tweet auto.mation).

I'm starting in few hours, so i'm gonna update this post tomorrow!

Following - 400/day, 20/action, 60 min/delay
Unfollowing - 100/day, 10/action, 120 min/delay

No tweets and no retweets or mentions

On 6 accounts, currently following 1 every 2 minutes for a total of 720 per day.
I go a lot slower for mass unfollowing because that's when I usually get the ban. I plan on starting to unfollow & follow at the same time to make it seem more natural. (Every 1 follow, unfollow 2) Also I will obviously modify the delays to make sure I don't get flagged. (100 follows/day + 200 unfollows = net 100 unfollows/day) Or maybe a little more aggressive.

I have been talking with a friend who is in 12 different decks, and we both agreed within months Twitter is going to cut the 1000 a day cap in half. He and I aim to make a deck of our own with around sixty accounts. We are concerned about the updates and are trying to feel this out ourselves.

I am about to put all those accounts in FL (after I do some testing with dummy accts) and I will keep everyone updated.

I have a personal acct that I want to mass 950 a day with by hand. It is 15 months old. Does anyone think this will be a safe idea?

Also one other thing: Twitter changed the language of their follow rules. Before it said "as long as you don't follow and unfollow hundreds in a day you should be fine"

Now it says "as long as you don't follow OR unfollow hundreds in a day you should be fine"

it it also says they monitor for aggressive following just to garner attention

Update (2nd day): Everything fine with the new autom.ations, I added more variety to my tweets too. The page that keep older limits (600-900 Follows and 600-900 Unfollows is still up, I'm gonna try to tweet some stuff next week)

Actually they're monitoring all accounts, newer and older, so I don't think that buy any fake follower can help you to stay off from their radar.
You're tweeting 100 tweet in a single page every day? Well, i don't think you really need to do something like this since many people have found their sweet spot in 7 tweets a day (tweeting so much increase the chance that someone will report you as spammer). Btw if your tweets are not spammy, unless you get some reports you're fine.

Update (7th day): Everything good, no more bans.
I'm bringing back on 2 or 3 pages the older limits (but with different shortlinked urls for money tweets), i want to check if it was only a banning spree of some weeks.

I do not want to trash, but actually those delays and follows limits vary for each account and they do not only depend on the account's age. The followers count also means a lot over there.

What is the software or script that you are using to do so, I am actually managing for fun 40 accounts on very specific subjects, but I only use fav bots some times to gain followers

what ever scripts you are using be sure to allow for RANDOM intervals...
I use I macros and Manageflitter the below allows for a random interval between 1 - 30 seconds between follows
