.uk domains

Found a great .uk domain which id like to pick up for personal use. After looking through the who-is information I came across this
"Right of Registration: domain.co.uk" What exactly does that mean? Can the owner of the .co.uk come along and claim it from me anytime he likes?

You can't buy it unless you own the. Co.uk or one of several other extensions.

They only become available for anyone to buy in 2019, about March I think.

I think you van register one if the domain does not exist in any of the several domain extensions.

The right to a .uk falls to an equivalent qualifying .co.uk, .org.uk or .me.uk domain, which was registered prior to October 28, 2013.When there's more than one equivalent domain, the right will fall in order of priority: .co.uk, .org.uk, .me.uk. Owners of qualifying domains have 5 years (until June 10, 2019) to exercise their right.

So basically you need to own the co.uk in order to grab the .uk, or wait to get it in 2019

Lol there are loads of great. .uk domains out there. Sadly no one can buy them.

I remember coming across casino.uk free and register for 0.99 or something like that. Thought I had struck gold. Godaddy even let's you go through most of the order, then kicks you in the dick at the end.
