well i finally got access to the install file. but the program has yet to work. some part of the program fails and windows closes the program. support isnt answering.

if this is going to be the trend with this software im going to ask for a refund. the software seems like it will do what i need if it ever works.

Support helped with the problem. Don't expect to use the software with public proxies. You're going to need private. Also I purchased this for the scraper. It's limited by Google so I'm not sure hos many profiles I'm getting out of the total available

I've tried running the same scrape twice and I'm not sure if it's making a difference. I'll report my resulta

Google knows almost all public proxy sources and bans them instantly against their own products and services. Its always advised to use private IPs.

I have been able to scrape 100,000 profiles a day running multiple scraping campaigns.
 
is there a limit to the number of profiles you can scrape? your support told me that after a certain number of pages it stops.

Yes there is a per account limit for the scrapes, I think its 4000 per account.

one more querstion/problem, for me it only scrapes users from my country, is this normal?
my first 40 users are from differenr countries but the rest are from my country only
how can I resolve this? what can I do?

I am not happy with the software or your service at all. I tried the software like 2-3 months ago and then it was broken, you said the devs will fix it. Now I bought the software 2-3 months later to try it again, now that part works but adding people to circles does not AND the licence server STILL fucks up like every 4/5 times I start the software. I have now had this soft for like 4-5 days and your support is non-existent. I tell them that adding people to circles does not work.. they ask and suggest me things.. then they just stop responding and are offline.. then they are online later.. I ask again.. nothing.. ask again.. then they respond, tell me they will check my previous conversation history.. and are gone again.

I have no idea how you can have the rep you have on this forum but this soft is crap in a bottle and the support is worse than godaddy/getresponse/aweber.

Just update windows 10 to the latest update, we got it working on the latest updated windows 10,the update was released 2days back.
 
the program runs but its not scraping. is support not online on weekends?
