Indyeah! Currently living in Bangalore, India. Was born and brought up here and I love it. But I'm tired of the super-fast city life now and would love to settle down in a small and slow village preferably in coastal India. Somewhere with lots of greenery like Kerala.

Also loving where I am at the moment though - UK, specifically Scotland; its also a very friendly place.

I've lived in Australia and Scotland, have travelled to other European countries and enjoyed staying somewhere that I'm the outsider, don't know the language etc. it almost puts into perspective what others go through when they come to our countries.

The Nordic countries are really nice, though seem a bit pricey - moreso than Australia. I intend on moving to somewhere like Lithuania where an online income can go a lot further, but I think ultimately I will always come back home, I love both Scotland and Aus

Big open spaces are indeed plentyful. Where you referring to those in relation to your own property? The more you get into nice areas (of course depends on your POV) the less actual space comes with the property and neighbours are often very close (just as it is more the case in europe).

Now if you just want a large lot and do not mind unpaved roads leading there etc. sure you will find them here. Also , keep in mind (don't know the system in the UK/scotland but other parts of europe) that her eproperty tax can rather be substantial + paired with HOA fees if you live in a nice community.

Ultimately there is no ideal place to live without any negatives. Sure ppl are fast to state how many takes them further in certain countries, but I for one would never want to live in a 3rd world country as the risk is just too high if you ever run out of money.

Somewhere tropical but also safe, then keeping warm is one less thing u need to worry about. I've lived in Thailand and once u get used to it, the constant heat starts to feel really nice.

Singapore could fit, but looks kind of like a police state to me.

For now I still kinda like living in Malaysia, with my dollar earnings, everything here is relatively cheap.

But someday i want to live maybe for a year or two in a quiet place like new zealand or iceland.Those place look kinda cool. Or New york, but just for a year though, heard that new york is very expensive even for americans.
