Stay away from 1freehosting!!! Tried it out some 48 hours ago with my new domain and kept getting "server temporarily unavailable" every 2 minutes or so. Hell, I couldn't even finish configuring my WP installation! I chose to just delete my account before my sanity escaped me.

Has anyone here had any good experience with free hosting?

I said: "I found" & "Reviews appreciated"- That means I heard from 3-4 persons. They gave me a good review. After seeing their websites, quite good enough for attracting people. That's why i said "Awesome" Buddy... And still i am using grendelhosting. I didn't face any problem here..

NEVER USE FREE HOSTING FOR YOUR MONEY SITE!!!

You will wake up someday to find your money site getting deleted and you cannot even retrieve the site data. It happened to me once.

Save your headache and time. Don't go for free hosting even for lower tiers.

No way mate. I never used free hosting for money site in my 7 years IM journey. I use free hosting for doing experiments.

And YES, I setup WordPress.

Last 2 weeks I am using grendelhosting . But I was using 000webhost.

How's the uptime so far?

I didn't face uptime problem still now. But when i was using 000webhost. It made me crazy. I faced uptime problem for 3 or 4 times in a month.

I've been using a free host (not those above) for a few months and liking it. I don't understand all the hate. Do you guys just churn out crappy resource hogging sites or something? I like the host and the pricing isn't too bad so i'll probably upgrade if my sites do make money.

But also I make my sites in a way as such that I have a copy locally anyway. Never know if a missile is going to fall on top of the data center and whatnot and that is just basic "good practice" with running sites. Keep a backup.

thanks for three other site for free hosting, have been searching for free hosting from days, tried a few, but their limitation sucks man, and they mostly suspend account anytime, i am now trying grenelhosting.com will share how it feels to me
