i have started to work in cpa and facebook but it blocks my links and i do not have a site
so can any one be kind to me to set up a landing page on his site to share in facebook

and promise to give him some $$ after earning

Not to be rude, but if you can't buy a .99 cent domain from goDaddy why would anyone expect you to give them money after earnings?

If you don't have any capital yet i would try web2.0 like blogspot. if you research blogspot there alot of
pubs using it since its free also google can index your site so thats another exposure

You need to setup a landing page and funnel your traffic from there to your CPA offer. You can get really cheap hosting and domains these days, PM me if you need help setting up a website.
