Hey Peter,

When viewing my site on mobile, the clicks to an offer are not tracked in my account.

It works on desktop (meaning clicks are tracked) but not on the mobile app wall.

Please get back to me as soon as you can, I am running ads (targeted to mobile) and they're chewing through the budget, and I sit here not knowing if my locker is getting clicks or if you're just not tracking the leads I'm sending.

I've PM'd you my affiliate ID, please let me know what you need from me to get this resolved ASAP.

Obviously being able to track clicks on mobile is important so there is a technical issue somewhere.

The BHW reg link expired a couple of years back but what we've done is enabled the rewards program for all new registrations.
If you sign up today, you'll be part of it.

It does not. For new members, we need to have them in the system for 1 pay cycle before approving instant withdrawals or adjusting their terms.
Otherwise, it would be the easiest platform in the world to fraud. Someone could sign up, run fraud and cash out in the same hour / day.

After 1 pay cycle, all members are able to use quickpay or instapay so that they can get paid when they need to

My traffic cannot complete the survey's, they go in an endless loop. When I first started I got 2 conversions in 24 hours, I have had 1600 u.s hits since then from the same exact traffic source and no conversions. When my friends tried to complete a survey for me, none of them finished they all kept linking to more surveys. When my friend downloaded an app, I got no credit. Can you please tell me whats going on? Anyone else experience this?

Can you PM me your details? I haven't heard of anything like that before. Some US based surveys (All networks have them) are fairly long and that might be it but lets take a look and see.
