Do y'all purchase monthly SEO for each site? Is there a certain type of link building I need to do? Forum building? I'm sure it has to do with getting to the top position mainly and remaining there.

Dont go too fast on backlink rather than try to create consistently at important sites where you will get some link juice. Otherwise you can be penalized.

For those considering ordering this service here's my review:

I ordered the 30-pack of sites on May 13.

The Good:

The sites are as described. 2 articles, a variety of themes (there are repeats though), contact forms, pretty decent quality overall. The keywords do fit the guidelines posted.

The Bad:

Incredibly slow. Missed deadline after missed deadline.

All sites were finally completed just now, September 12. That's 4 months to build out 30 sites with me having to bug KingMaker regularly to actually do something. There were 2 or 3 weeks there due to a default plugin locking other people out that I didn't notice, so that's on me.

My Take:

If you are ordering 1 site at a time, it will probably be OK. If you are a bigger player it doesn't look like this seller has the organization or manpower to pull it off.
