No traffic, blackhat or whitehat wants to get billed $15/mo for credit reports. Once the rebill goes through everybody wins except the mark.
I would advise against CJ as they strictly prohibit blanked referrers.

i dont get how your leads don't convert... from my experience the rebill rate on those free credit reports is really high - ( partially engineered by the FCR company since their cancellation hotline uses oldschool AOL rules )

lol, yeah man. seriously. they convert as hell. my bh traffic is 'well-loved' by my networks..got canned in one of the offers, they want me to convert the other ones. lol
