Do you have the paypal accounts that come without the 21 day hold for sellers to get their money.

Paypal accounts not available for sale.

I tried with a dummy account using fakenamegenerator.com
And this is what I got in mail. Even when I was trying to use the address and every thing, Paypal was verifying the address through three Different tracking companies like USPS and two others....Can somebody plz help!!!!!!!
