I have some questions:
Does the non-usa VCC work in Italy? I wouldn't want to spend 15 dollars and have it not work. And how long does it take to make my account verified? Does it mean I will receive larger amounts of money without having my account limited? thanks

-Paypal has limited my account after several transactions with one person over 3/4 weeks.
-They requested 4 different issues to "resolve" in the "resolution center"
-I completed 2/4. The other 2- one was incomplete on their part (missing drop down menu options) the other one was asking for invoices for the products I am selling (I perform a service).
-I called PayPal and talked to a customer service representative... resolved nothing.
-The following day, PayPal added 3 more inquiries to the "resolution center".
-I have $500 in my account that I (obviously, just like everyone ever in this situation) want and need.
-If I actually do send in all the information they are asking for (which can be done with some self made docs.) will they actually lift the limit?
-What are my chances of that?
-I've read around that once your account is limited, you are basically screwed.
-Even if you wait the 180 days, the money may not be in there anyway (whhhhat??)
-Is this true?

Can you tell me what they might've limited me for and what I should do?
Can you help me in my situation?

I tried with a dummy account using fakenamegenerator.com
And this is what I got in mail. Even when I was trying to use the address and every thing, Paypal was verifying the address through three Different tracking companies like USPS and two others?.Can somebody plz help!!!!!!!
