Why do that for? It can be just as bad ass not providing tracking number. If you input tracking number and buyer notices delivered zip code doesn't match buyer's zip code and they complain about not getting their package then youre screwed.

Let me get this straight:

1. You are scamming people on Amazon?
2. You want an ebay seller to generate shipping labels that match a Zip Code, not ship a product and cancel the shipping label?
3. You do not think this will not backfire in any way?
4. You think Amazon is that stupid? If the item never ships they will not notice?

I hope you can clear this up.

You can register an account on USPS.com, Fedex.com, or UPS.com and easily create 'fake' labels yourself and cancel them. No real need for someone else unless you expect something bad to happen to the person creating these labels.

I hope I am wrong. I do know this is super easy to do and scam people. All you need to do is ship an empty box to another address in the same Zip Code. With basic tracking you cannot confirm the delivery point. If you cant do that or expect someone else to be responsible, that is a problem.

I hope people stay away and use common sense unless OP clears things up. This looks as shady as they come.

Whatever the scam op has in mind won't work anyways because unless the tracking numbers are in the carrier's system and matches the origination and destination zip code it won't pass by Amazon anyways.
