I have an Instagram page with 80k real followers. I get 3-5k likes each post.
Can somebody tell me how I could monetize it? I can also do websites but how could I redirect traffic form Instagram.
I would appreciate if somebody could somehow help me to monetize the 80k.

Join a shoutout group (search the forum) and start selling shoutouts.

For example you can use amazon affiliate links to monetize it.
Make post with pictures of great products and make the affiliate link beneath it.

I think shoutouts are going to be your best bet here. CPA could work depends on the engagement and the niche you're running. Goodluck mate.
