Well I submitted like 7 articles last saturday. They were my first ones. Two of them were c4c and didnt pay upfront but I have made 34 cents on one through traffic.

They rejected two articles and they accepted three, all with payments of about $3. Here's the thing- I wrote them well. I tried and put effort into it. I don't want to do blackhat methods, but if I slack and write it poorly, but more quickly, will they care? They rejected one of mine for being an op-ed, so if I just write reports on various subjects will they take them even if they are of crap quality?

Thanks

And one other thing- I noticed I only have credit for one post, but Ive made like 4, so why is that?

Three articles worth $3? Better than my job. I'm looking to go on a big submitting streak over the summer though. Massive no lifing on submitting.

I wonder if they like report- style content. Kind of like a mini- report like you'd do in school, just that you go click for a random article on wikipedia and then summarize it...

I think I'm going to do some of these and see what happens. One of the articles I did write about was a chess opening that was basically a report. And it netted me $3, so maybe if I did more like these it would make everything easy.

One thing they seem to like is specifics. There have been several times where they've told me that my articles are too broad and I would get bigger payments if I narrowed them down. I consistently get $5+ per article if I stay very tightly focused on a specific keyword.

I am getting just 2$+ per article.I am not getting more then that.

I have this ebook about how to write an article in 7 minutes. It's probobly one of the most informative ebooks i've ever read. It changed my whole look at article writing. It was written by a member on here, I can't recall who it is or where the thread is. PM me for it tho.

I think I know which one you're talking about dublecee. I am a pretty fast typer, and when I'm focused I can ramble on and on about nothing, which is a good skill to have, but associated content really is a steal. I just wrote 4 more articles in 25 minutes and I expect to make at least $10 on them. AC surely won't last long.

You have to be kidding if you think AC is going to pay you even if the articles are below quality.

They look at the presentation, punctuation, grammar etc..

They will never pay if the article does not meet their quality standards.

So its better to write less, but better quality stuff. TO get a higher pay rate.

However ACs pay out has dropped these days..

If your'e writing stuff from scartch and have appropriate writing techniques with good english. They are bound to get accepted. But dont expect too much, AC is literally broke these days.

Really low payouts.

Whats the best new version of ac? Are there any higher paying content sites better than ac?

Hmm I forgot to post my results from above.

I did a random wikipedia page (it was about a derby between 2 soccer clubs) and paraphrased it and added a bit of commentary. Took me about 5 minutes. They accepted it and I got paid like 3.10.

I did 4 more and they havent gotten around to reviewing them yet...

I only posted two posts on A.C.

Both are legitimate though, I wrote everything from the start and I find it to be very decent information. They were both long articles with good grammar as well. My first post got 3.15 and the second is still being reviewed. But I decided to make the second one Non-exclusive since I will post it in a future blog of mine. I wonder how much it will make :/

I was expecting ~3 for the first one, but I hoped for more.

AC seems to be moving into the podcast stuff right now. I think you can make more cash doing that kind of thing than writing articles. I've been thinking about submitting a podcast but everything I have in that area, right now, can be sold somewhere else for more money. I usually use AC for my throw away stuff or if I want to test an idea out.

A couple notes to be aware of-

AC WILL NEVER GO AWAY!!!

everyone thinks that AC is going down the drain. LOL people start taking responsibility over yourself! They're not going to buy it if they lose money on it.

AC has reported to several members that they're profits are probably going to hit 100 mil. this year. And if you don't think this is true then GET A CLUE lol!!!

AC is the best in the industry. They get millions of views PER DAY!!! Trust me, I think they know what they're doing!

If you can't write well, just hire somebody else that can!

AC will never collapse financially but they are definitely gonna get stricter with what they will choose to pay for, that's something you may be experiencing.
