I ordered a while ago and while I had great results I saw on Majestic SEO that a lot of the links were deleted. Is there a specific reason for this?

No link is deleted. Majestic SEO crawls these sites regularly. If they first crawled your link on home page and then after few days it could not find your link on home, it shows it as deleted. Its because posts does not remain on home page and become an inner page.

Feel free to send me domains where are you seeing deleted links, i will then send you link to post on same domain with your url.
