I asked John for some samples on Skype. What I saw was very good. I also had a few questions about the packages and service. I thought I would post them here in case they might help anyone else...

The premium package is that 2 separate domains?
It is 2 separate sites with EMD domains.
Completely different Niche + Keywords.
You can also choose the niche if you would like to.

The order process is as follows...
1) We order and transfer funds
2) John sends us the keyword and EMD
3) We agree to the keyword and EMD
4) We buy the domain and hosting, thensetup a fresh WP install
5) We send you the login details
6) John logs in and creates the site, install themes etc.
7) John contacts us when completed
8) We change the password and we are on our own to do as we see fit

I bought the domain and sent back to him the login details.
Now waiting for the site. So far everything has gone smoothly.
