who will not suspend servers without any notification . give me sometime to remove stuff when they get complaint . because there is lots of fake people who send complaints to hosting companies .

You didn't mention anything about DMCA in your first post. Depends on what you plan to host on the VPS, what is that you are afraid of DMCA? what type of files are u gonna host in it?
