Anyone know about xlviews.com ? Their support sucks ! I added money at on their panel , after that i added video to promote. They are charging me but not sending me a single views. I asked their support to solve this but in last 3 days there is no response. worst support ! Is there anymore person with same experience ?

You would be better served using one of our awesome views suppliers from the marketplace here. They are giving high quality support and also fulfilling orders as opposed to your experience with your current provider.

Sorry about the delay, we haven't managed to answer all the tickets coz one of our support guys is at vacation and im the only one who are taking care of all the 100+ tickets/day. We are also busy adding another views method that cause our server to be offline as of now so we can be prepared for the upcoming huge youtube update and for our customer to continue their business.
How did we know that youtube is going to have a huge update? Our huge resellers and some of the users are experiencing views drops, these are the indications that the current views method will be patched.
Again we are sorry for the delay. If you are not happy with our service then send us your username and we will refund back the undelivered views and your remaining fund.

Well, everytime you post a forum about a service where the support sucks the service in questions comes out of the bush and say sorry
Yeah coz he pm'd me and i'm not always online here on forums. The message prompted on my fone. And ofc we are saying sorry coz it is the right thing to do. Coz we did something that caused inconvenience to our customers. It is rude if we just ignore them. Anyways i'd better back to work now. I got a lot of tickets to respond to.
Xlviews and it's support are now Time Waster - I asked them Cancel my Order 8 Days ago and 5 Days later they replied to me ! And then i asked them to Refund my money Cause Their views are Worst and Now they Stop Replying. In past They replied to my Ticket at on Weekended And now Not Replying !
