I made my first sale! Thanks again for the site! Just wanted to give an update and I have a question. The products aren't syncing at all unless I do it manually. I tried to set up a cron job through wordpress but so far no luck and I don't have a cpanel. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks again!

There will not be any affiliate link within the website. Only when the buyer is ready to checkout they will be taken to Amazon.
This will look like "Pay with Amazon" feature.

Google will not penalize because there will not be even a single affiliate link. However, I don't recommend SEO for these sites as it is not easy to build SEO traffic for new websites these days.
