Code on its way to you as soon as I have posted this reply. As this isn't a plugin just for AdSense and that it can be used with pretty much any ad network then you're free to choose any you want. What you will need to check is that the network allows mobile traffic first. AdSense (officially) at present doesn't allow for its ads to be displayed as "docked ads", however, we know they are rolling this out very soon to all users and currently it is being trialled with their VIP customers (the ones who bring in a lot of money)
There are always better networks than AdSense when it comes to earning per click/impression etc but AdSense has the advantage that it is very easy for users to get going asap.
